Chilhowee Rod & Gun Club Members Meeting

Your committee chairmen will be appointed by Club President in accordance with Club Bylaws:
- Jack Isbill - Archery Chairman
- Jennifer Brooks - Clubhouse and grounds Chairman
- Tom Cockrell - Skeet Chairman
- Derek Donovan - Pistol Chairman
- Jason Qualls and Bill Cowles - Rifle Chairman
- Ed Lane – Lake Chairman
⦁ Membership approved following replacement Club Officers for 2021 thru December 2022:
o Jeff Reese for President
o Bill Cowles for VP
o Andrew Dubman for Secretary
o Greg Broling for Treasurer
⦁ Membership approved following Boards members, whose time was up December 31, to remain on the board.
o Russell Smith
o Tresha Landers
⦁ Membership and Board approved following new members: Jerald Ervin, Brian Ervin, Joseph Vance, Alan Jones, Will Hotchkiss, Mark Delaney, Timothy Sullins, James Hill, Charles Davis, Dennis Burris, and Charlie Cito
⦁ Reminder that new cards cannot be created until new officers are elected and the new Club Secretary get them done. New card may bedelayed until March 2021. Club gate code will not be changed until cards are ready.
⦁ Reminder there will be no club banquet this year due to Covid restrictions. The January membership meeting will be third Monday (January 18 at 1900).
⦁ President mentioned that minors should have adults accompanying them when using the club facilities.
⦁ Club will need new letters for activities planned in 2021 from APD, Boy Scouts, Skeet Clubs, ect., So we can set up club calendars.
⦁ Read club range rules and display your membership cards while shooting at the range.
REMEMBER: Always be aware of your surroundings and report suspicious behavior.
